The New Zealand Knowledge Management Network, Te Tukutuku Matauranga Aotearoa, is an informal, cross-industry and non-profit community of practice, providing opportunities for professionals to share their interest, knowledge and/or experiences in Knowledge Management.
The Network was founded in 2002. It currently has around 300 participants drawn from a range of business sectors, and based throughout New Zealand as well as in Fiji and South Africa.
The Network holds face-to-face meetings in Wellington and Christchurch each month. Each meeting features one or more guest speakers talking on a KM-related topic, followed by discussion among members. Write-ups of the presentations are posted on the website for those unable to attend.
We also hold members' meetings when an overseas KM expert visits New Zealand, or if members express interest in having a knowledge sharing session.
