Dale Hartle is the Website Manager for Porirua City Council.  Dale was instrumental in the implementation of the Rex content management system which is used to operate the Council's website and Intranet has helped refocus their use from an information delivery and knowledge management perspective.   

At this seminar, Dale will share her experiences of three intranet projects that have enabled staff to access information that was previously  non-existent, hidden deep within the bowels of Council's filing and document systems, and in people's heads.   

Dale's input with suggestions and content editor training, have delivered solutions to staff which are now saving a huge amount of time, effort, and money as you will see from the feedback she has obtained.
