Monday March 9th, 12:30 - 1:30pm at Large Gallery room in Turnbull House (11 Bowen Street)

The NZKM Network is pleased to introduce Laurel Sutton to share her learning's, frustrations and insights on using Dave Snowden's Cognitive Edge methods at two recent workshops in Victoria.

The Victorian Public Service Continuous Improvement Network (VPSCIN) exists to encourage and promote continuous improvement thought leadership and practice, and in doing so help build a more effective and agile Public Sector. VPSCIN recently ran two workshops using the Cognitive Edge methods. One workshop mapped the issues related to engaging with the community on climate change and the other focused on innovation within the Victorian Public Service. The sessions were facilitated by a number of recently accredited practitioners in Cognitive Edge methods.

Laurel is hoping that the conversation with the NZKM Network will be a mutual learning experience. Laurel is a Project Manager with Victoria Police. Her background is within the mental health field as a clinician. This is augmented by post graduate qualifications in organisation behaviour which all comes together nicely in terms of a people focused approach in organisations.

Members free and non-members $10.
