This seminar is an introduction to practical records management and EDRMS strategy.  

 

Participants will attain a greater understand of the fundamentals of an effective records management programme to improve accessibility and deal with increasing expectations. You will also be introduced to a robust process for building classifications that give business value as well as being recordkeeping tools. Furthermore, you'll be better able to communicate the value and importance of records management to get the resourcing and funding that you need. 

 

Sarah Heal will lead this seminar. She has over 10 years experience in the information management field. She's worked for over 40 central and local government and private sector clients across New Zealand and Australia. Typical assignments include:

 

  • Strategic Plans - building IM and information strategies and information frameworks
  • EDRMS success - reviewing EDRMS performance and planning implementations
  • Records Management legislative compliance and implementation roadmaps
