I've priced up and bought an Olympus audio recorder for Wellington events. I did a bit of research and got what I believe to be the best quality for money. They've come down a lot in price since I last looked. It's an Olympus DS-40, and comes with special software for making podcasts.

Paddy Plunket from Parliamentary services and I have had a chat about the potential David Gurteen event on 24 September.
David Gurteen has agreed to present to a group of Wellington knowledge managers and information managers on the topic of knowledge networks for professional groups.
Moira Fraser from the Parliamentary Library organised this, and has handed it to the local LIANZA committee to organise.
They would like this to be a collaborative event for NZKM, LIANZA and RMAA members.
